Why are we called FT2? Every renovation begins with a single square foot, the fundamental unit of space. To us, it is not just a measurement, but a canvas. The name FT2 represents more than the symbol for square feet; it stands for something deeper:

We started FT2 because too many homeowners were handing over deposits before they could picture their finished home. Here is how we grew.

2021
Started our journey with our 1st showroom in Ubi Techpark.
2023
Introduced the EBA quotation system, a software integrated into our e-commerce platform for a much more efficient and fully transparent quotation.
2024
Opened our 2nd showroom at Woods Square in Woodlands, for homeowners in the North and West of Singapore.
2025
Opened our 3rd showroom at TradeHub 21 in Jurong, bringing even more convenience to homeowners in the West.
2026
Opening our 4th showroom in Tampines.
Our Founder
Johnathon Tan
Johnathon Tan leads FT2 with rare discipline: a former SAF Commissioned Army Officer with a Diploma in Interior Design from Singapore Polytechnic, and over 238 projects across a decade in the trade.
Featured in Renotalk and SquareRoom, and a host on Mediacorp renovation shows, he brings that same military precision to FT2. SIDAC-accredited and BCA-certified, so every renovation is planned to the detail and delivered on what was promised.
