Initial Consultation
In week 1, you share your vision and timeline with us. We then create a plan tailored to your needs and walk you through our 90-day handover commitment.

Detailed Planning
Across weeks 1–2, we shape the design direction, project scope, and planning strategy around your requirements before any work begins.

Execution and Monitoring
Through weeks 3–7, our team manages the build while keeping you updated with clear progress and full visibility at every stage.

Completion and Handover
In the final week, once every detail is finished, we complete the project and hand over your home with a walkthrough.
OUR COMMITMENT
What if we cannot handover in 90 days?
We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask you to trust. If your renovation is not handed over within the agreed 90 days, we commit to returning 50% of your deposit. The challenge only means something if there is something at stake for us too.
The 90 days are counted from an agreed start date, once permits and approvals are in place.
Delays caused by variation orders, late material selections, or authority approvals are excluded from the count.
Not all property types are eligible. Eligibility is confirmed in writing before works begin.
The commitment applies to the renovation scope stated in your signed quotation.
