Is the 3D design really free?
Yes. Every homeowner who consults with us receives a full whole-house 3D at no cost. Yours to keep whether or not you proceed.

What should I prepare for the 3D?
Just your floor plan (or unit address) and a rough idea of your lifestyle. We handle everything else.

Are revisions allowed if I don't like it?
Yes, revisions are allowed at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure our design sits right with your preference.

How long until I receive my 3D?
4 to 5 days from your first appointment.

Are there any hidden charges?
No. Our eBuildAssist smart quotation itemises every dollar: labour, materials, finishes. No surprises later.

What happens after I receive the 3D?
Review it at your own pace, request changes, and once you're happy we move into the itemised quotation.

How do you ensure contractors are reliable?
Every active project gets 24/7 live CCTV access, so you can check progress anytime, from anywhere.

What is the warranty period?
A 24-month warranty on materials, subject to the manufacturer's or supplier's terms. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties altering completed work.

Do you handle HDB and condominium approvals?
Fully. We manage HDB renovation permits, MCST condo approvals, FSSD permits, and SCDF regulations on your behalf. You sign once, we handle the paperwork.

Can FT2 manage the entire renovation process?

Google on Monday disclosed that it identified an unknown threat actor using a zero-day exploit that it said was likely developed with an artificial intelligence (AI) system, marking the first time the technology has been put to use in the wild in a malicious context for vulnerability discovery and exploit generation.
