Interior Designer Grade

To keep pricing transparent and fair, we use an Interior Designer Grading System. The base project price is the same for every client; only the designer fee varies, based on the experience level of the designer you choose. You see this fee upfront before you commit, so you can pick the designer that fits your project and budget with no surprises.

Creative Interior Designer

Fee: Enjoy a 5% discount on the project sum, with no additional design fee.

Criteria: These designers have successfully completed our intensive 3-month company training program and have worked on at least five projects under the guidance of senior designers.

Best for: Straightforward HDB and BTO homes on a value-conscious budget.

Senior Interior Designer

Fee: $600 design fee.

Criteria: Designers in this tier have at least 3 years of experience in the interior design industry or have completed at least 20 projects.

Best for: Larger flats and condos, or homes needing more custom carpentry and detail.
