A five-plus-one in Bukit Batok built around a solid walnut table, with a ribbon of light drawn freehand across the bedroom walls.
The dining table sets the tone for the whole apartment: a thick slab of walnut with a live edge, surrounded by spindle-back chairs and lit from a recessed line above. Behind it, a wall of timber-framed glass doors filters light from the balcony while keeping the service areas out of sight. Mid-century cues run through the rest — tapered legs, woven textures, a mustard floor cushion, deep green cushions against oatmeal upholstery — but the signature is the lighting: in each bedroom a hand-drawn wave of concealed LED runs along the wall above the headboard, over sage, powder blue or plain plaster. Bedrooms stay simple underneath it, with tufted leather headboards, warm timber panelling and spotlights set into the return. The bathroom keeps to greige stone with a long open-shelf vanity and a walk-in shower behind clear glass.
