A four-room resale in Tampines stripped back to cream, curves and concealed light — minimalism with the volume turned down.

There is almost no hard colour in this home. Walls, carpentry and flooring all sit within a narrow band of ivory and sand, so what you notice instead is shape: a rounded boucle sofa, a circular backlit mirror, a fluted panel that runs the length of the window wall and a cove that traces the ceiling without a single visible fitting. A mirrored sliding partition separates the living area from the dining room while letting the light pass straight through, and an illuminated niche keeps the family altar within the same material language rather than apart from it. Storage sits low and long beneath the windows, leaving the walls clear — the room is finished by daylight through the blinds more than by anything placed in it.
