A four-room BTO off Circuit Road styled like a boutique hotel suite — stone, dark walnut and light that is always hidden.

The living room is kept almost bare so the materials can speak: a raw stone column meets a floating walnut console, sheer curtains diffuse the afternoon, and a single lit niche carries the only ornament in the room. The dining zone turns up the warmth with a trio of amber pendants over a round table and backlit shelving that doubles as a display case. In the kitchen, dark timber fronts and a marble-veined backsplash wrap an island built for real cooking, while the master bedroom sets its headboard against a textured stone wall and keeps the bedside drawers pale for contrast. The dressing area is the indulgence — mirrored returns, a curved stool and illuminated glass cabinets that treat bags and bottles like retail display.
