A four-room BTO in Tengah given a deep, jewel-box treatment — dark timber, warm gold and light used as the main material.
The living and dining run together under a layered cove ceiling, anchored by a textured feature panel and a sculptural pendant that sets the evening mood. Darkened wood veneer wraps the kitchen and carries into the bedrooms, offset by rose-toned cabinetry and stone worktops so the depth never turns heavy. Each room is given its own moment: an arched mirror and a backlit headboard in the master, a quiet corner set aside for prayer with framed calligraphy and a patterned rug, and a compact bedroom where a dark accent wall makes the ceiling feel higher. The bathrooms repeat the idea at small scale — full-height mirrored cabinets, a floating black vanity and a recessed ceiling light box that washes the tile evenly.
