A three-room resale in Tampines North rebuilt around one sweeping curve, trading hard corners for soft edges and a quiet grey palette.

The ceiling is the move here: a curved cove sweeps from the entrance across the living room and over the dining table, carrying indirect light with it and making a modest floor plate feel generous. Beneath it the colours stay disciplined — warm grey walls, pale plank flooring, a pill-shaped fluted dining table and a built-in bench that keeps the walkway clear. Contrast is saved for the working surfaces: a graphite kitchen with a stone backsplash and under-cabinet lighting, full-height charcoal wardrobes in the bedrooms, and bathrooms in dark stone where a round backlit mirror does the decorating. Every bedroom gets the same restraint — upholstered headboard, bedside light, and storage that disappears into the wall.
