A three-bedroom condominium in Kovan built for hosting, with a marble island and a bronze rack hung over it like a bar.

The kitchen and dining were merged into a single social counter: a veined marble island long enough to seat six, with a blackened bronze frame suspended above holding glassware and bottles within reach. That frame is also the light fitting, and at night it turns the open plan into something closer to a hotel bar than a flat. Behind it the kitchen stays crisp — white uppers, a stainless run, a glass-panelled service door — while the private rooms go dark and tactile. The master pairs a fluted charcoal headboard wall with recessed niches and warm strip lighting; one bedroom is set up as a study with a wide desk and a framed jersey; the other hides its wardrobe behind lit glass so the shelves read as display. A fluted, back-lit panel lines the entry corridor and sets the tone the moment the door opens.
