By day 4 or 5, your full house design should be ready. Then we prepare a precise quotation and send it to you.
During the appointment:
A) You’ll get a 720° VR walkthrough.
B) We’ll review the quotation together.
C) You’ll receive a project time schedule.
In FT2, we offer residential and commercial design and renovation services. We have a very extensive experience working with over 800 different homeowners and offer many interior design styles for HDBs, BTOs, Condos, Landed and Commercial properties.
We mainly require your floor plan, preferred theme or mood board if you may have, and any colour schemes or reference images that you are able to provide. Our designers will then provide a suitable 3D design structured based on your renovation budget.
Yes, in FT2 we believe in offering value first. We will gladly revise as many times as you need to ensure that you are satisfied with the 3D visualisation of your new home at no additional cost.
Your design can be amended with no additional charges. However, there may be changes to the quotation sum depending on the design changes needed.
There are no hidden charges throughout the process. In FT2, we firmly ensure that our quotations are transparent, which is made possible via our eBuildAssist quotation system. Our system allows you to compare the costs of materials and products directly. It is a fully transparent platform that allows you to make confident, well-informed decisions without worry of surprise mark-ups.

Yes, your assigned designer will follow through with you on-site to ensure that all defects are thoroughly checked before a proper handover.
