Send Introduction Video

Your ID will help you to record a short introduction video — sharing a bit about yourself, your dream home, and why you should be shortlisted. Once done, you’ll just need to submit the video directly in the WhatsApp chat to complete your entry.

Shortlisted Casting Call

You will be notified by 10 January 2026 on whether you have been shortlisted for this or not. If you have been shortlisted, we will arrange a date and time for you to come down for a casting call. If you haven’t, your renovation arrangement will not be affected and can proceed as planned.

What Is ID WARS?

Singapore’s First-Ever Free Renovation Reality Show

ID WARS is a design-and-renovation competition by FT², giving selected homeowners the chance to have their entire home renovation fully covered.
If your BTO keys arrive in Q1 2026, you could be one of the few to compete for a complete transformation — while being guided by professional designers and featured in a one-of-a-kind home renovation show.

Requirements to join ID WARS:

  • Must be a BTO homeowner getting keys by March 2026.
  • Renovation must take place during March – April 2026.
  • Must be comfortable with slight renovation delays to allow for filming and content capture.
  • Must be okay with filming of certain parts of the renovation (mainly kitchen, living hall, and master bedroom).
  • Must agree to use the brands appointed by FT2’s designated vendor partners (e.g. Nippon Paint instead of Deluxe Paint).
  • FT2’s 2-Month Reno Challenge is not applicable for participants of ID WARS.
  • Homeowners who don’t qualify can still proceed with their renovation under FT2’s standard services.

Terms & Conditions in a nutshell:

Campaign: ID WARS, organised by FT2 Interior Design Pte. Ltd. (202125087H), runs from 1 October 2025 to 30 June 2026.

Changes: FT2 may amend, postpone, or cancel the Program at its sole discretion.

Eligibility:

  • Participants must be at least 21 years old, and a Singapore Citizen or PR.
  • Must not have any medical condition that prevents safe participation.
  • BTO key collection before March 2026.
  • Sign a renovation contract with FT2.
  • Choose one of our preferred partners as a vendor.
  • All information provided must be true and accurate.
  • Attend casting call, filming sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Agree to all Terms & Conditions of ID WARS.

Prizes:

🥇 1st Place – Free renovation (worth SGD 50,000–70,000)
🥈 2nd Place – SGD 15,000 off total renovation cost
🥉 3rd Place – SGD 10,000 off total renovation cost

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash. FT2 may substitute with items of equal value.

Judging:

  • Up to 10 participants may be shortlisted for casting call based on FT2’s internal decision.
  • Judge-to-public voting ratio: 2:1 (Judges = 2/3, Public = 1/3) to determine the 3 winning contestants.
  • Final results of who is 1st, 2nd, and 3rd is decided via a concealed public voting on FT2’s microsite.

FT2’s decisions are final and binding.

  • Content Rights:
    • All submitted or created content (videos, photos, renovation footage) becomes the property of FT2.
    • Participants grant FT2 perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use their likeness, voice, and materials in any media.
    • No further royalties or compensation will be paid.
  • Personal Data:
    • Participants consent to FT2 collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data for campaign administration, marketing, and publicity in compliance with the PDPA.
    • Participants may withdraw consent anytime by contacting +65 9199 3748, but this may affect their participation.
  • Confidentiality:
    • Participants must not disclose campaign details, judging results, or behind-the-scenes content before official release.
  • Disqualification:
    • FT2 may disqualify participants for false information, rule breaches, misconduct, or failure to comply with instructions.
  • Liability:
    • Participants join at their own risk. FT2 provides no insurance coverage.
    • Participants release FT2, its sponsors, and employees from all claims or damages arising from participation.
  • Force Majeure:
    • FT2 is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control (e.g. pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions).
  • Governing Law:
    • Governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
    • Disputes will be resolved by the Singapore courts.
  • Consent & Acceptance:
    • By replying “I agree” or submitting confirmation via FT2’s WhatsApp chat, participants confirm:
      • They have read and understood all terms.
      • They consent to being filmed and publicly featured in ID WARS.

This digital acceptance is legally binding under the Electronic Transactions Act (ETA) of Singapore.
