Under our Interior Designer Grade system, all projects will have standard pricing.
A designer fee will be applied based on the experience level of the designer you choose.
Selecting a more experienced designer comes with a premium cost, reflecting their expertise and qualifications.
5% discount on the project sum, no additional design fee.
At least five projects completed under the guidance of senior designers.
$600 design fee.
At least 3 years of experience in the industry, or at least 20 completed projects.
$1,200 design fee.
Over 8 years of experience in the industry, or at least 50 completed projects.

We have Residential and Commercial Interior Design and Renovation packages. We have extensive experience working with different property types and interior design styles for HDBs, BTOs, Condos, Landed Properties and Offices.
We just need your floor plan, preferred colour scheme and any reference images for the style that you like. Our designers will take your ideas and come up with a suitable design within your renovation budget.
Your designer will be happy to make revisions to ensure that you are happy with the 3D Visualisation of your new home. No payment is required.
Your design can be amended with no additional charges. However, there may be changes to the quotation sum depending on the design changes needed.
There will be no hidden charges throughout the process. Before signing, you will receive access to our eBuildAssist quotation system, which allows you to compare the costs of materials and products directly. It is a fully transparent platform that allows you to make confident, well-informed decisions without worry of surprise mark-ups.
We only engage contractors who are experienced in their craft and provide quality work within the agreed-upon deadline. Our Site CCTV system also allows you to track the renovation progress in real time and have peace of mind that materials are being used correctly and that work is being executed according to the plan.
We will conduct the handover via our eHandover System. If there are any observed defects, you may upload pictures of them into the system, and we will address them. If there are no defects, you can sign off immediately after inspection.
We have a 2-year warranty for workmanship. In the case that you would like to re-engage our services, we provide a lifetime personalised service for your renovation needs.
Our 2-Month Challenge exists to show our commitment to completing home renovations within a fixed timeframe, so that you get your home without delay. If we fail to meet the agreed handover date, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the contract amount. For more details, feel free to reach out to us.
